Last year my good friend David Moulton recommended to me to pick up a copy of Jeffrey Zeldman’s prolific Designing with Web Standards. In his recommendation, David said “you’ll use it until it breaks and then you’ll go out and buy another copy…it’s that good!” I didn’t believe him at the time, but one year later I admit to the whole world that he was right! The binding broke last night as a lay in bed reading it yet again.

Zeldman’s book is a phenomenal primer, and reminder of the importance, and practicality of web standards in design. I recommend this to anyone who is interested in Web design. Thanks David for sharing it.
